Starting in 2005 Truffles Fine Foods honed its excellent reputation by catering in the film industry in the Greater Vancouver area. It didn’t take long to notice that the skills, experience, and equipment in the film catering industry could easily transition to providing the same high-quality service to non-film clients. After working in the high-pressure environment of film catering, it was a simple evolution to offer catering for other types of events, big or small.

Located inside the brand new, state-of-the-art Anvil Centre, our kitchen provides a unique location for locals and visitors to sample some of our highest quality foods and beverages. Additionally, Truffles is proud to be the caterer of choice for the Anvil Centre and is able to cater to group events of virtually any size, for your next board meeting, conference, or wedding.
