The Wine Factory

The new store is in a century old Heritage Building that survived the great fire of 1898. The 13 foot ceilings and original stone, brick and masonry foundations and walls of this site create a wonderful, unique, old world winery atmosphere. Come on in, we’d be happy to give you a quick tour.

All wines made on-premise include:
22.5l of wine yielding 30 —750 ml bottles of wine, (Bottles not included) or 5 — 4.5l bag-in-a-box style dispenser bags or mix-nd-match combination.
Price includes: kit, services, labels, corks, shrink caps and all taxes.
We also offer dispenser bag packaging as an alternative to bottling. Five 4.5l bags can be substituted for the caps, corks and labels.
All wines are made with Purified Premium Water from our own advanced water treatment facility.
