Pokemon Go Sweeps New West

New Westminster is absolutely LIT right now with Pokemon Go. We've spotted some of your fave pokemon and here is where they're at... 

We spoke to a local Pokemon Go expert and here are their insider tips!

1) Make your way to the New West Museum. They spotted two pokemon in the Anvil Centre lobby yesterday (Machop & Veronat)

2) ALERT: there is / was an electabuzz at The Quay near River Market

3) COMPETE: there is a gym near the entrance of Westminster Pier Park

4) BATTLE (again): there is another gym by the volleyball courts at Westminster Pier Park

5) The Association of Islamic Charitable Projects (which is on the corner of 6th St. and Front St.) is a poke-stop

6) There are 3 lures activated at River Market (one user caught a pidgey)

7) There is going to a lure dropped at The Gallery at Queen's Park @ 1pm
