Located right on Front Street, next to Rain City Juicery, Sugarrays is whipping DT New West into shape. This location features a 20' rack system, Olympic weights, concept 2 rower, spin bike, cardio equipment, all leather punching bags and a 18' custom professionally built boxing ring.

Vive Tu Vida Fitness offers dance and fitness instruction from a team of certified instructors, in an inclusive and welcoming studio. All bodies, all fitness levels, and all levels of dance experience are welcome! Vive Tu Vida is Spanish for 'live your life.

Karma Teachers New Westminster is pleased to provide FREE-or-by-donation classes in service to the community. Their certified yoga teachers offer a variety of classes suitable for all levels. Everyone is welcome, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Find them on 28 Sixth Street.
